“ Amazing!!!! I’m a sandwich obsessed person and this place knows how to do it super well! I ordered the La Toscana. It has salty, delicious salami with a cheese and a sweet honey truffle on it. The sweet and salty flavors are just so perfect and complement each other so well. The bread is fresh and delicious as well. The perfect crunch and softness all at the same time. Employees were friendly and the food came out very quickly. Thank you for a wonderful lunch! I’ll be back! ”

“ Just as amazing as the Florence location!!! There is very limited counter seating and a line is pretty much guaranteed and the prices are quite steep compared to prices in Italy but these giant sandwiches on fresh, hot focaccia are incredible. They’re big enough to share and loaded with toppings. The pistachio cream and truffle cream add so much creaminess and flavour. We wanted to try them all but settled on 4 sandwiches (Calvino, Paradiso, Regina, Dante) to share among the 5 of us. We were stuffed. And every sandwich was delicious. ”

La Summer - 5 Weekly Special - 5 I'm not a sandwich fan, but this one is amazing. Absolutely delish. Focaccia bread was freshly out of the oven, crunchy & goes perfectly with their fillings. My husband was shocked that I ate faster than him. 1 portion is good for 2 people if not very hungry. Highly recommended & we will definitely come back. Thank you chef! ”

I got the Schiacciata del Boss, and because I really like the truffle cream. You could pretty easily split one of these between two people. Ask them to cut it in half when you put your order in. ”
“ If this is indicative of the sandwiches in Italy, I want to live there! Seriously. First off, the place is busy. I mean, a line out the door and down the street busy. I waited anyway because I hear it was worth it. It is. It’s super small inside just the counter to order and maybe 6 stools to sit on in a corner. It’s clean and well kept. No dust or dirt or sticky smudges anywhere. I ordered La Summer and The New Yorker (couldn’t decide on just one). Both were flavorful, fillings melt in your mouth, bread is soft and crunchy at the same time. Just delightful. Brave the lines and GO! ”
